| I called the KFC Stellenbosch ont he 24/12 and was told that they would close at 8 that night. My husband and I got there at 5 and the staff had closed the door, they were singing and dancing in the shop. When we looked in we were shoo'ed away by one staff member and were given hand signs to go away and they were laughing and rude. I find this utterly disgusting and apalling that you train yoru staff like this, that they are rude, show their customers hand signs and misinform us. I expect an answer from KFC about this and would love to hear the explanation. I will be telling people about this experience with KFC in the hopes of opening their eyes. My husband has always suppported KFC and instead this night we had to go to Hungry lion who of course welcomed us wtih open arms and friendly staff. | |||

| Quite Impressed: I am impressed that KFC responded so fast and handled the matter professionally. I also received a reference number for the matter and hope it will be attended to shortly. One thing though was that my husband mentioned he thought they would send some vouchers as an apology but that never came. I am however happy that I got a response and expect that no other person will receive terrible service. | |||
