I went to the KFC drive through on Friday 27 Jan 2012. Firstly, the wait time in the drive through was terrible, I arrived at about 19:00 and only got through the drive through around 19:45. Orders were so backed up that they were sending staff outside to take orders. We were even told, that for the zinger wings, we would have to park our cars next to the drive through queue in the parkings and wait until they were done. I bet the customers ordering from the counter had faster service than the drive through. Also, to my surprise, half of the items on the menu outside were covered with A4 pieces of paper saying "out of stock". This is terrible service, they will never see me there again... |
