KFC VREDENDAL - BAD SERVICE AGAIN

LAST NIGHT, SUNDAY 22 JANUARY, I WENT INTO THE ABOVE-MENTIONED BRANCH AT 20:45. A QUEUE
OF 3 PEOPLE WAS ALREADY WAITING FOR SERVICE. A COUPLE WAS STANDING AT THE COUNTER AND WAITED FOR THEIR ORDER. NO ONE WAS HELPING AT THE COUNTER AND THE STAFF WAS MILLING AROUND IN THE KITCHEN. AT 20:55 A CASHIER ,NAMED ADWINA, TOLD US THAT THEIR ARE NO CHICKEN LEFT, WHILE WE WERE STANDING FOR 10 MINUTES ALREADY. WE WERE INFORMED THAT THEIR WAS ONLY WINGS AND BURGERS LEFT. ALREADY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE MANNER IN WHICH WE WERE INFORMED I ORDERED 8 HOT WINGS WITH CHIPS. BY THAT TIME THE MANAGER, SANET, CAME IN AND COULD HEAR THAT THE CUSTOMERS WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE JUST MUMBLED, WITHOUT LOOKING TO US, THE STORE CLOSED AT 21:00 AND THAT THE STAFF MUST NOT HELP PEOPLE THAT COME IN LATE, BUT SHOWED NO REGARD FOR THE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. I WAS INFORMED THAT THEIR WAS NO CHIPS. ONE MINUTE LATER I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WERE CHIPS AND I TOLD THE CASHIER THAT I DID ORDER THE CHIPS AND THAT SHE MUST GIVE ME THE CHIPS. I RECEIVED MY WINGS WITHOUT THE CHIPS AND WAS TOLD THAT THE THERE WAS NO MORE CHIPS LEFT. THE SERVICE WAS REALLY POOR AND SOME PEOPLE LEFT WITHOUT BEING HELP. BAD! BAD! BAD!

Quite Impressed: I was impressed to see how quickly KFC responded, because in three hours after I posted the complaint I was contacted by KFC Customer service who promised that they will investigate the matter and also send me a written response. Today I was contacted by Werner, manager of KFC Vredendal who apologised for the way in which we were treated and promised that that kind of behaviour wont be tolerated. I am still waiting for the written response from KFC but believe that it will come in two weeks.
