I went to KFC Silverton drive through, placed my order for a "Zinger" box meal. After I paid they told me that I'll have to wait for 4 min so they can get my order ready, so I waited in the parking lot for 12 min. I then went into the store that wasn't busy at all and asked to speak to the manager,he then told me I'll have to wait for another 8 min. After 16 min I finely got my meal. When I got to my destination my "Zinger" burger was just a normal rounder... So why the wait if they can't even get the order right? I phoned their customer service nr but they told me that they will send me a sms with my reference nr but 2 days later nothing has happened! I think they must drop the "FAST" in Fast Food so they just do food! Maybe then they will be able to get a persons order ready! |
