I have been working as a Kelly contractor for IBM for 2 years. In these two years I have never given them any problems always did my job good. A new job opportunity came along ,so after two years I resigned. This is when the trouble started.... I did my notice period without problems and now I'm back in my country of origin I suddenly got to know that my outstanding leave days and shift allowance only would be payed out a week after my last working day. I though this was strange so I checked with CC MA . Apparently its not nice but they are allowed to do so. My problem was that i had to close my south African account because i was leaving the country and there is no point for me to keep it So I went to the manager on site (Roslyn King) and explained her my problem they day before my last working day. She promised me to bring a cheque with the money the next day, She didn't bring it.... It was easy for her cause she knows that the next day i was leaving the country and wouldn't be her problem anymore They promised they would transfer it in to my Belgian account So i sent them a mail that I want proof of payment by latest a week after my last working day Still havent received anythin |
