I recently found myself unemployed and decided to claim UIF. In order to do so I had to submit a completed UIF form from each previous company I ever worked for. One of the companies is Kelly personnel according to the labour offices records.On Monday the 4th of September 2011 I went to the Randburg branch to request same. Upon entering the reception I stood threre for 20mins untill the lady behind the desk eventually paid attention to me.I stated the reason for being there and Bernice explained that it will take 3-4 days as the form needs to be requested. On the 4th day I called to follow up on the form and was told they are in a backlog and I will get the completed form on Friday, the latest Monday. Today (Monday) the 12 September I called Bernice again to follow up on the form only to be told she cant see the form. I than got into my car and drove to thier offices yet again only to find out that it was infact another agency by the name PAG. After 7 days of sitting and waiting. I than asked for the contact person at PAG to follow up on the form only to find out that no one has made contact with PAG yet. Why did it take 7 days to realise that I requested the form from the wrong c Add a new Kelly Report Inappropriate report?
