PAG (as part of the Kelly Group) paid temps working at Vodacom Credit and Risk call centre in Midrand late for the week of 12-18 Dec. Then short pays by a full day for the following week. After enquiring about the short payment we get communication to adv it will be paid a week later because the representative that was supposed to advise agents of the new way to capture a certain aspect of the info on our timesheets, neglected to do so before he went off on his festive season leave. This leaves us with bills being unpaid for the most part and a very morbid festive mood. in addition it seems that the company doesn't care much seeing as most temps are quite young and the perceptions seems to be that those persons do not have responsibilities and thus "sorry" should suffice for every inconvenience no matter how often it happens. |

Hello SV90805, Good day Gerhard PAG values its key stakeholder being our candidates tremendously and ensure we are not only compliant in terms of laws, but also offer industry leading benefits to our temporary workforce. Within our promise to our temps we commit to pay our temps correctly and on time every time. Within the Kelly Group we are paying 17 000 temps on a weekly basis and an error is very rare, but when it does occur it gets reported to the Executive team to assure corrective and preventative measures are implemented. In this particular case there were some system issues with the public holiday pay, but the error was picked up and a process was implemented to correct the pay in the next week payroll and communicated accordingly. Our temps have our commitment to ensure a quality service being offered through PAG which includes placing the candidates on assignment and an effective payroll, we have apologized for the inconvenience caused. |

| Utterly Disgusted: I sent emails with this report to the poeple responsible and also raised my complaint with my representative and they all ignored it completely. He subsequently came back from his leave and is chatting to all the agents as if nothing ever happened, bombarding you with questions and then slipping away so as to avoid the obvious question!! | |||
