HEADLINE	How an agency meeses with you and your contract
For over 2 years I have been working as an agent on a Call Center desk and I've had the opportunity to work in many companies but till now, i have never ever come across this ** that is happening to me. actually, not even just me, but with whole bunch of us. 1stly, we are under contract, yet they have changed the contract already once and are planning to do so again, yet no where in the contract does it state, 'subject to change'. surely this is breach of contract on their behalf. Also, we where not consulted about the changes, only told. This is not quite professional business etiquette . It has also come to myour attention that they are messing with our annual leave and swop day leave(this is when another country has a holiday, you have the right to take it as well). How can they say one day, you have 15 days due to you and now they come and say, no, you owe us 5days, or whatever the case may be. And on top of that, they tell you that you have leave form missing, yet, every day leave that was taken, was recorded and handed in, within 48hours of returning to work, so where the ** are those forms now. this is by far the worst company i have EVER worked for. Add a new Kelly Report Inappropriate report?
