| WOW - I've been working for Kelly since 2009, & started contracting to a new client from June 2011. Today 11-10-2011 (4 months later) is the FIRST time that I have received any form of notification from them - THEY ACTUALLY KNOW I WORK HERE?!! Being a Kelly Employee has been nothing but AGONY!!! My job roles have changed multiple times during my term of employment & I have grown into a more superior role than when I initially started in 2009. Yet, I have not been recognised for this, nor have I been rewarded for this!Meaning that I have NEVER received a salary alignment for my now current job role nor have I received any annual increase) During this time, I completed my studies, & have completed multiple certifications in the IT field, all at my own expense & during my own time! Yet I am being remunerated the same monthly salary now in 2011 that I was remunerated for in January 2009.When contacting our AE's as well as Manager's to query these sorts of things,NOTHING EVER HAPPENS!! Obviously,otherwise I would not be logging a complaint! This is Kelly's current moto 'Kelly remains committed to U & will continue to listen & deliver on our promises' WHAT!...I dont think they can read! | |||
