Still awaiting my deposit back

Never use Just Letting Westville!

The property we rented was vastly improved by ourselves, painted and so on. We moved out before the end of November, and DESPITE ASSURANCES at the end of November, we have still, to date, not received our deposit back. Almost a month later, still no payment.

Not Impressed: After using hellopeter, a quick response from head office. However...
I initiated a meeting with just letting, and they conveyed inaccurate information to me about the utilities account.
Shocked to find a refund - minus the full utilities bill, for which the owner is responsible for rates, which has now come off my deposit - as well as other un-disclosed costs taken off - less than half of my full deposit was returned, despite undertakings by Yvonne, who was I'll and absent for this debacle!
