| After making an appointment on Thursday for Saturday morning to see a much desired property (she said she was to busy to meet on the Friday).She telephonically advised us on the Friday to sign the contract without any viewing as she had someone else interested (every arrangement we tried to make to view the property on the Friday she came up with an excuse). We then were going to sign and pay the deposit without any viewing as not to lose out on the property and rushed around getting all the documentation together. We then asked to still keep our original viewing on the Saturday and "DEAR MADAM" calmly advised us that there had been a few changes and that she was only going to meet with the owner on the Monday to check if they would still be letting out the property. Our query as to why she hadn't advised us of this earlier were met with "ums and ahs".We feel she could have advised us as to avoid us having to run around like headless chickens, but now when I check on Hello Peter about Just Letting I see its definitely not there motto to make customers happy! | |||
