No inspection was done when I. moved into their property. I found the place extremely dirty & some stuff broken. The agency, Karen, promised to. fix but she only sent people to wash carpets & paint. I told them about the other stuff that needed fixing but they would tell me that the owner needed to authorise & they would never come back to me. I ended up having to fix most of the things that bothered me since I was the one staying there. Since my stay in that house (23 Balmoral complex) I had my helper killed in that house by unknown person & was subsequently held at gun point & robbed. As a result, I moved out. I phoned Just letting to come for an exit inspection & warned the inspector that no pre-inspection was done. They have now charged me for the things that I found broken in that house. The same things I'd asked them to fix. They insist that an inspection was done but they have failed to show it to me. They have instead gone ahead & deducted R3000 from my deposit. They do not care what I have to say & they are completely unprofessional |
