| After numerous requests to have my key deposit paid back, this after I sent proof of cash payment, Mrs Hartley continues to make promises which are not met. Now that I have contacted Just Letting Head Office with my complaint she is dragging her heels in repaying the amount, being petty and spiteful. I will be taking legal action with costs. Shoddy treatment from a supposed professional. | |||
