I have sign a lease with the estate agent in February 2011 which is suppose to end January 2012. The lease rental specifically included water. My account was only going to be Electricity. The estate agent has agreed to pay water account from September 2010 but had refused to pay for the February to August and I had to pay that and many times my electricity had to be cut off because the power supply had been linked the water account to my electricity account in instruction of the estate agent. I have now given a notice to terminate my lease because I am not happy that they do not want to pay for water and the penalties I had to settle to get my electricity reconnected. I have given the notice beginning of November 2011 and have vacated the property on the 30th November 2011. The inspection was done on the 1st with the estate agent. No inspection was done by the previous estate agent when I took up the unit. Its been 13 days after and I have not received my refund plus the interest. I have not been told about any issues that may hold my refund. |
