HEADLINE	property rent problem
I own a flat in Burgundy Estate, 45 Muscadel Mews, and nearly every month I have a problem getting my rental monies from the tenants via Just Letting. It seems that Just Letting is unable to solve the problem permanently and I always have to phone them instead of them phoning me and explaining to me what the problem seems to be. Two soccer players from somewhere in Africa (apparently French speaking) are renting the flat and their agent is supposed to see to their financial affairs. There are no financial problems involved, as far as I know, but the said agent is not doing his job properly. Why can't these guys sign debit orders? This month I have not yet received my rent (same as last month when I only received it on the 11th of November) and I can't get hold of the agent to discuss the matter. Apparently the agent involved is Hendrik van den Berg. Add a new Just Letting Report Inappropriate report?
