Poor service

After my tenant moved in during March 2011, I found out with a surprise visit that the granite top in the unit was cracked, when confronting the rental agent, he said it had nothing to do with me, he had collected the deposit and had more than enough money to cover the expense and had all under control, 10 months later the top has still not been fitted, many excuses, even saying that I did not want it fitted. Clearly he does not know when to inform me on what is important what not, He made sure that I understood that he would sort it out. I have had a late rental payment on quering it, he did not even know that it was not paid, my duplicate keys to the unit is missing, after I handed a spare set to Just Letting 5 years ago, now none can be found.
35 emails and no response, I had to get customer care headoffice involved, and in the end the only way I found it possible to get out of the arrangement with Justletting was to cancel and ask the tenant to move out. All prospective unit owners - be aware that Just Letting Silverlakes does not have their admin, maintenance or keys under control, I have even given up asking for monthly statements and have had to accept yearly account

Not Impressed: I still dont have my duplicate keys,
I still dont have the bank details of the current tenant
I still dont have confirmation in writing that the tenant has been notified, when I phoned Grant, he categorically told me that I cannot tell him how to run his office or make demands
