I entered into a lease for a property in Bryanston with Just letting Sandton in October of 2011. On the day I moved in the letting agent did her inspection and discovered that only one plate out of a possible four on the stove was working. As I moved in on a Saturday the agent promised to get it sorted on Monday. The next day as i attempted to do my washing I noticed that they was no drainage pipe for the washing machine. I told the agent and she promised to get it sorted for me urgently. It is now January 2011 and despite numerous phone calls and emails and even an official complaint nothing at all has been done. This is the kind of service that completely puts one off a certain brand or company for life. Please Just letting learn to take your customers seriously. I fully expect a refund/credit to my account to cover the extra money i have spent on take aways as i do not have the 3hours or more it takes to prepare a meal on the one plate stove as well as money I have spent at laundry marts. |

Utterly Disgusted:
Good Day Melissa I have not received any email from your Sandton franchise. The washing machine drainage was finally fixed last Monday but they also managed to badly scratch my washing machine by pure rough handling. The stove is yet to be fixed and I have not heard a word from the just letting sandton 4 months into my stay. Your service is laughable, its a joke. Honestly I expected better. Martin |
