Just Letting Faerie Glen is our Letting agents FOR our property In Equestria Estate. On-going communication hassles with the Branch, many international phone calls and a day out of our SA holiday (we live in UK) to visit the branch and complain, we again find ourselves in a situation where communication is non-existent.This is now the 2nd major incident since said visit! This latest, following a sending of a repaint quote, 6 weeks old (date on quote), a month AFTER the new tenant moved in, we got sent a quote with no background information for fixes for cupboard hinges and a broken lock on one of the entry doors (received 11/1/2012). Not understanding the nature of the damage or reasons I had responded with questions asking as to what happened with lock (break in?) and also requested a full inspection before OK'ing the quote. Today (30/1/2012) I am still waiting for ANY response from JL. After numerous similar incidents regarding communication of the past 3 years I, after waiting a week for feedback, phoned the tenant directly to sort out, This had been the third separate incident since we started using JL where I had to phone the tenant directly (from overseas!). I am fed up. |
