| I don't even know where to start, my municipal account is a mess and in arrears. I've been battling for almost 4 months to get this sorted out with the accounts lady, I've dealt with 2 different accounts ladies each of them did a recon on the account and sent me different recons. I ended up doing the recon myself and sending them the information that they should have supplied me with. To date I still have no answer about what will happen to the arrears after several calls and emails to them! I did an inspection on the property only to find that the property is in a state and has not been maintained by the tenant, after requesting that Just Letting do an inspection and inform the tenant of his duties, a commitment was made for the inspection to take place but no inspection happened and only after calling them did they inform me that they were busy with month end. I've had to call them on a daily and weekly basis to get feedback and have received no customer service from these people at all!!! They have no clue about running a business and should not be allowed to render this type of service. I will never make use of Just Letting again & I'll make sure everyone knows about them. | |||
