| The 21st of November i was told at work that My contract will not be renewed (no job )They didnt even pay me for November as there was no money. The next day I went to Just Letting in Margate , where I am renting my townhouse and told them what happened. I asked them if they have something cheaper as I cannot afford my house anymore. They said no. I offered to move out . They then told me that I have a contract with them and they will make me honour it until they get new tenants.The end of November they called and ask for the months rent. I told them the situation has not changed. I was told to move out immediately but that I must remember I will be held responsible for all rent until they find someone else.They Black listed me in the first month.As they are holding me responsible and didnt want to help I didnt move out. On the 31st of January they brought the first people over to look at the unit. They knew I will be responsible for the rent so there was no urgency from their side. It took them more than two months to bring the first people to see the house !! Since the 22 of November I have been begging the branch in Margate and Head office for help to no avail. | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: Hi there . The day after I complaind on Hello Peter , I received threats that our water and electricity would be cut. EVEN if I paid the outstanding utility bill and that i would be forcably evicted. I moved out the weekend , but to date have not been informed if I will still be held liable for the rent for the duration of the contract. Nor do I know if they have found a replacement tennant. Louis Van Wyk mad a point of being rude , but not face to face. He corresponded with me via TEXT message | |||
