| Im shocked & disgusted by the lack of customer service from Just Letting! I have sent numerous emails to Alan Grant regarding property that is advertised on Private Property's website which we were interested in & my wife has also emailed him, but we are still waiting for a reply! He also doesn't even answer his phone, from all the times my wife has tried to phone him, she could not speak to him even once! How can he be in the rental industry & not revert back to potensial customers? I guess I will try find a property elsewhere as Just Letting does not want my business! | |||
