| I received an invoice for the first 3months of my rent water & electricity. I was told that Just letting needs to invoice the water & electricity bill on behalf of the owner, and I was not allowed to get the actual meter readings. Then, from September 2011 I started not getting my elec bill. I immediately contacted them, and was told not to worry, the meter reading supplier is running late with the bills and readings. I followed up EVERY WEEK with a phone call after that and only received my September bill end October & immediately paid the bill, and kindly asked that they should send October's bill, I did not want to be behind on any bills or run the risk of my electricity being cut off...They told me that the matter is being address and assured that my electricity will not be cut off, it's a meter reading error of the complex which I rent in. It is now 14 December 2011 and I still haven't gotten my October and November bill, and I got a Notice on my door step today that my electricity will be cut off if I don't pay the fine and the outstanding amount for October to date within 24 hours???? | |||
