| Ada van Wyk from Just Letting in Margate (Francise owner together with her husband Louis) received a monthly commission to ensure that we (the owners) receive our rental income every month on or before the first of the month. That has not happened for the last 5 months. It was usually on the 7th of every month and this month we received the payment into our bank account on the 20th of December. It is almost time for the new payment!!! And they call this customers service!! And believe it or not, she is on holiday for a month during this agonising time of waiting for our money. Debit orders bounced for the last 5 months and we wanted to go on holiday and buy Christmas presents for the kids, and all is spoilt for our December because of an agent who does not care two hoots. The other problem is that she never answer the phone when she sees my number calling (cannot ever get hold of her), and she sends me a sms from time to time giving me false promises of payments. I do not believe she is capable of running any business or dealing with the public. | |||
