| HEADLINE | Just letting ,Bad service shocking attitude |

| We have had plumbing problems at westwood estate,both the body corporate and just letting have been so unhelpful,we have had a blockage in the toilet waiste pipes,which has been caused by building matarial,just letting and body corporate wanted to blame us and pay huge bill for pluming costs,but after cam jet put a camera up the pipe,they found concrete in pipes,2 m long blocking up the pipes,howard granger head of the body corporate still is not wanting to except cost and now there is a dispute between landlord and body corporate who will pay!in the mean time we are having continuous flooding,both our speakers are now damaged,it has cost us 10 000 rand in damages!we have emailed just letting many times ,called them,we have been trying to sperak to cindy,who has been so unhelpful,has had such bad attitude,and is getting all defensive about not doing her job,not only is she not,but she has been so rude,i spoke to het today,I hate naming people but this happened two months ago!and i was advised by someone in the property buisiness to report this on hello peter,if u want to get any help!its so sad that the only way to get service and help is to make a noise.otherwize no one listens! | |||
