Hello Peter, I have just recently move from a rented property from Just Letting, we contacted them to review and inspect the property as they claim it takes 7-10 working days to receive a deposit back. We applied for the inspection earlier in the month so we could hopefully receive our deposit by the end of the month but to get someone out was very difficult. The inspection only took place on the 18/1/2012 in which we have not received any feedback since when our deposit will be paid and what should be deductible if need be. My wife has to now contact Just Letting "EVERY DAY" to find out what the situation is and the attitude my wife receives is appalling. I was meant to get a call from Just Letting this afternoon 6/2/2012 requesting my banking details but they have not called? Also, Just Letting cannot give me a deposit deduction estimate until they have received my deposit back from the bank. Why not? They know how much the deposit amount was, why must the money be in the bank before they can make any decision? Overall from a customer perspective Just Letting service has much to be desired, lack of communication and bad attitude puts them at the bottom of my list. |
