| I'm hoping the owner of this apartment will read this email sent:This will be now the second if not the third email that needs to be sent to Head Office in order to get action from the branch which services our complex, this I find unacceptable and disgraceful for a company of your size. Jan, the "maintenance manager", came to do an inspection about 3 weeks ago where we showed him all of the issues we have been having at the flat. This is where I need to point out that this has been brought to their attention last year around August 2011 and then again and again. I have emails dating back to 2010 where we have had to fight to get the work completed or even acknowledgement of our issues. We have an extractor fan in the bathroom that was meant to be replaced due to the noise it is making, this we have been dealing with since early 2011. We have a corner cupboard door that continuously comes off the hinges, this has been repaired 4 or 5 times and yet again it is off the hinge.I don't know if the owner of this apartment even knows the incompetence with which your company runs his rental agreements. If this is not sorted we will get a handyman and deduct this from the rent. | |||
