For the period 01-06-2007 until 31-10-2011, Just Letting had the benefit of our deposit of R6000-00. Apon leaving the house we rented, we naturally expected our deposit plus 4 years of interest to be repaid. As far as I know, this is the law. For some reason that I still have never found out, only the original R6000-00 was put back into my account. I have been to their offices 3 times. Each time I get assured Helena will phone me, she never does. I have sms'ed her - no reply. All I get are lame excuses and ****. What has happened to MY money? The last time I got any response out of Just Letting, was they wanted to pay me 2% interest - not even compounding.... Interest rates where much higher at the outset of our lease. What they wanted to pay me for the full 4 years, should have practically been what was earned in the first year and a half... Who has gained the benefit of my money? It doesn't belong to Just Letting. All I want is what is due to me. Please Melissa Evans, do your usual cut and paste response, but I want results. |

| Utterly Disgusted: Since typing my letter above, there has been absolutely zero response from Just Letting. Typical of their pathetic service levels. I would strongly advise people to steer clear of this company at all costs. I am not leaving this matter here. | |||
