Complete Incompetence

After being told by Just Letting not to do an EFT to pay my rent, they did not take the debit order off my account. I then received email stating that my account was in arrears. The following month the debit order went off for R 1100.00 more than the invoice which was emailed to me. They then invoiced me for the rental which they had taken off my account again and added approximately R 5000.00 for utilities which they had not been billing correctly. After settling the amount for the utilites, which went off my account via debit order on December 31st 2011, I have now received an sms to say that my rent is R 3355.13 in arrears. The level of incompetence as well as the frequency with which it occurs never ceases to amaze me.
