| I have been renting with Just letting for 17 months staying in a bachelor's flat, i decided to terminate my lease because of safety reasons,I gave notice for a month. 2 weeks before i vacated the flat an inspection was done and the report was also mailed to me which didn't say anything about paint,yesterday i spoke to the lady and she told me that she was busy processing my deposit and that i would not get all amount because i was in breach of contract. she also gave me huge amounts that would be deducted from my deposit which i just chose to let go at that moment because she said she would deposit the little that was left into my account and i would get it this morning but she didn't do that, when i called this morning to find out the reason she said that the owner of the flat went to look at the flat and was not happy. what i find so disgusting about the agency is that no maintenance was done since i moved into the flat, inspection was done before i left the flat and nothing was said about the paint,they kept my deposit in a trust account wich accumulates interest and they cant even give me my money back. and i ask that they update TPN because i dont owe them any rental money. | |||
