Well, what hasnt happened. I received the login details for the website 2 months after I had already received the car, after many disgruntled emails and calls to them for this, and they refused to pay me for the months I couldnt post on the website. Now again, they changed their branding and I was not informed at all (as per contract, changes will be notified to the advertisee via WRITTEN REGISTERED POST), so I never got paid (again, changes to any part of the contract will be sent via WRITTEN REGISTERED POST), and when I do change it, they refuse to pay me anyway regardless. Since they do not respond here, is there any other website we can post on that will get a response as I am getting tired of them? I would first like to notify everyone of my bad experience and then follow with legal action, so as to warn the unsuspecting of what has happened and could happen again |
