Blue Lakes Trading and Promotions bought over Just Group Africa's vehicle contracts earlier this year. We were informed that we would be receiving advertising material branding to be placed on the rear of our vehicle. We were given the option of collecting it from Pretoria or having it couriered. We were also informed that the cost of couriering the new material from Pretoria would automatically be deducted from the subsidy - A whopping R250 for couriering from PTA to CPT. The new branding material arrived and we placed it on our car. A few weeks later, without consent or notification, the company sent new branding material via courier from Pretoria. We were advised to replace the old branding. I contacted the company and they said that a further R250 would be deducted for couriering new material. Why am I paying an inflated amount of money for couriering? And paying for the company's mistake of sending the wrong materia in the first instance? |
