NEGLIGENCE

I bought a vehicle from Satinsky (Group Africa) on or about the 16th of September 2011. The two consultants that delivered the vehicle did so at about 19:00pm. In a hurry they quickly presented the documents to be signed. I had to phone in the following week to obtain certain information with regards to the required upload of photos and documents. I phoned the group on this 21st day of October to do an enquiry on my account and was informed that I won't receive my reimbursement because of the lack of information they had, blaming me. Firstly, the consultants that attended to the delivery of the vehicle, handed the wrong information to the insurance company which I had to correct, and correction notification only came through on the 16th of this month. Secondly, a different consultant contacted me because the ones that delivered the vehicle neglected to get my identity document which was required, the request for my identity document came the 14TH of October which I still have on my mobile phone. I consequently faxed my ID document through to the relevant department. I performed as was expected from me. With reference to the probabilities, what contractual remedy can I rely upon?
