I did some research on my monthly kms driven & the amounts i am getting paid every month. I then realised that i am getting underpaid from the start ( June 2011). More than a R1000 is now owed to me according to the contract. Two weeks ago i sent an email regarding this query & no one responded. On the 3rd November, a couple of days ago, i spent all my airtime (Over R250) phoning them, where i got transfered & transfered, placed on hold for more than 4-5 min,left messages,maid over 15 calls, even sent another email to their manager [Email Removed] Never got through to the relevent person to help me. Even today I phoned a couple of times, where they promised to phone me back & NEVER did. Still NO feedback nor response to my emails or calls. How can i settle this now???!!! |
