| Just Group Africa changed their branding in April. I sent an e-mail requesting the change of randing, but was told a delivery fee of R250.00 will be applicable, but if it's free of charge, there is no fee. I phoned and stated in my phone call that I am not willing to pay & will arrange for collection. They still deducted the R250 & refuse to pay it back until I prove that I made the phone call. This goes against the consumer act & they refuse to make payment. I will never deal with a comany like this ever again! | |||
