| I have never in my life been exposed to the rudeness and disgust displayed by that of the employees of Just Group Africa! This is an unfair and unethical company - I initially purchased my vehicle via them in January and mind you, had endless problems! They initial appearence was very welcoming and caring and once you signed a deal with them, thy could care a less as to whether they return phone calls or emails! Since January i received payment of my vehicle. In May there was a request that all customers get new material @ our own cost and but as per my initial agreement , i will not use the stickers on my bumper etc and thats the ONLY reason that i accepted this contract! I did not receive my reimbursement this month only to find out that this was so because of a new policy change which did not fall in my agrement. I was not aware nor was i avised that this would now have to happen. I have been transferred to various different people who were very rude and had no concern of the customer care , value and relations - Anel been one of them! This service is appaling and absolutely unfair! I advertised for this compaany for thr past month for FREE!!! this is absolute and utter ****!!! | |||
