I had a complaint with regards to bad service and lack of feedback from the Paarl branch. Just a big thank you to how the issue was dealt with from John Dory's side. I was contacted promptly and even though the problem occurred a long time ago, Jason phoned me and we quickly resolved the issue. We are looking forward to the new restaurant opening and am sure we will enjoy it. |
