Excellent response to unsatisfactory meal

A group of friends and I had sushi at John Dories, and the sushi wasn't terribly good, as well as the service (some orders were mixed up), so we complained to the manager. The sushi was already half price, and the manager kindly apologised, halved the price of the sushi again, forwarded our complaint to a higher authority, and we were contacted the next day, and invited back, where we all received a free meal, pudding and a bottle of wine, as an apology. Very satisfied!! Thank you, we definitely plan on coming regularly after such excellent treatment.
