My family and I had an unpleasant dining experience at John Dory's at Suncoast Casino on 07.11.11. I sent an email to the customer services department and received a call from the Manager, Nathi, who apologised for the service I received. I then received a follow up email from the customer services department enquiring whether I was happy with the feedback I received. I replied that I was not. A few minutes later I received a call from Ryan (I unfortunately did not get his surname), who explained how John Dory's carried out the process I was unhappy about. I then explained why I walked out the restaurant unhappy. Ryan was very understanding (unlike the Manager at the restaurant at the time of the incident) and he told me off other options that could have been given to me. Ryan then offered me a voucher as he did not want to lose me as a customer. I appreciate the fact that time was taken to delve further into my enquiry and it was not just brushed off with a 'we are sorry...'. I also appreciate that i am seen as a valued customer. for this reason i will continue my patronage of John Dory's |
