Uncooked and frozen food

I took my wife to John Dory's Gateway, Umhlanga on the 2 of Jan 2012 for dinner. My wife ordered Chicken Liver starter with a bun. The bun was rock hard due to being microwaved and the Chicken Livers were not fully cooked. I could see the redness in the liver from not being fully cooked. They brought another bun that was ice cold in the middle. When I complained to the waiter, he said that the buns were kept in the freezer.

I hope that the quality of food at John Dory's Gateway, Umhlanga improves.

It is very worrying to read that the chicken livers were under cooked and that the buns served were not up to standard as this is not the norm for our stores.
