I took my wife to John Dory's Gateway, Umhlanga on the 2 of Jan 2012 for dinner. My wife ordered Chicken Liver starter with a bun. The bun was rock hard due to being microwaved and the Chicken Livers were not fully cooked. I could see the redness in the liver from not being fully cooked. They brought another bun that was ice cold in the middle. When I complained to the waiter, he said that the buns were kept in the freezer. I hope that the quality of food at John Dory's Gateway, Umhlanga improves. |
