Terrible Service

I know its holiday season but surely you must still be able to cope even when the restaurant is not that busy. Upon being seated we waited and my husband after a while had to stick his hand up just to get somebody to take a drinks order. Starters were ordered where we waited 40 min, and all it was was a roll and sushi. The sushi was half the size it normally is with hardly any filling just rice. Almost a hour after arrival and we are still sitting and waiting for our food.

Thank-you for taking the time to inform us of your delayed service at John Dory's Jeffrey's Bay,
It is very worrying to read of your visit noting the time it took for you to be served and furthermore the sushi which was not up to standard. This is not the norm for John Dory's and apologise for the frustration this visit may have casued you and your husband.
