| Went for sushi and sat around the conveyor belt. The belt was very empty as they just opened so i waited along with others around the table. I had one plate off the belt and waited 30 minutes while watching the chefs make food but not plating anything on the belt. Noone around the table was getting any food either during this time so i just waited. Only after I had to complain that we were sitting for ages waiting for food that never came did they tell us that "no, they only taking orders and not putting food on the belt". Angrily i went through the menu to see what I have to order now other than waiting for food on the belt (Which is the WHOLE reason for the belt) i placed my order. Took them 30 minutes to push my order out BUT what bugs me again is that the other chefs were finished with their orders and started plating the belt again. The food i wanted appeared on the belt way before I actually got the food i ordered. This is bad service and others around the belt was also complaining. Why out of 4 chefs couldnt ONE at least plate the belt for everyone else. | |||

Hello riaan482, Thank-you for taking the time to inform us of your frustration with John Dory's Kloof, It is confusing to read that the sushi chefs were preparing items but were not placing them on the belt for guests to help themselves.
