| Two mates of mine had decided that we needed to rejuvinate our systems and decided to go out to Monte Casino for some supper and we decided on John Dory's. It was my first time at that restaurant and I was expecting it to be a good experience. Our drinks orders were taken and delivered timeously, but when it came to our food it came in dribs and drabs, we had ordered a Pirate platter with Chips and rice, but it did not come with our chips and rice, the platter has mussels as well, but our Platter didn't have mussels when it was delivered to our table. If it wasn't for my friend Zaba we wouldn't have realised this because our hunger had the best of us as we dug into the meal with no notice of the missing food. The Manager was called and he just said sorry and walked away, for me that was unexceptable, he did nothing but give me excuses that they are busy etc. As a customer I refused to take such excuses. The least he could've done was to give us a complimentary voucher of some sort to compensate for the mess up! | |||
