RESPONDED BUT NOT DELIVERED

I complained about John Dorys in Jeffreys bay and had Leon call me from head office. He proceeded to tell me that that type of service was not the standard service and that they would arrange a meal with john dorys monte casino for myself nad my husband. i then proceeded to get a call from some call centre checking if i had spoken with Leon regarding the R200.00 voucher he said he would send and up till today, i have yet to receive or hear a thing! Maybe this IS the sort of service i should expect????

Jason Wells from John Dory's head office has spent time in this store and provided the staff with training after receiving your complaint in October 2011. We will follow up with him and the owner of the Jeffrey's Bay John Dory's to ascertain when your vouchers were posted so that we can hopefuly resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
