NEW IN TOWN BUT BAD SERVICE!!!!!

IN 6YEARS OF MARRIAGE AND NUMEROUS RESTAURANTS DID WE EVER RECEIVE SUCH BAD SERVICE FROM A RESTAURANT, up until now bad service for us was waiting too long for our order, but this takes the cake...
When the new part off the mall was being built we saw the add in the local news paper that a John Dory's was opening up, when we saw them fixing it up we were excited and on our way over last night we were looking forward to really good seafood...
When we got there we were seated, our drinks order was taken and we waited about 20mins for our drinks to arrive, the glasses were dirty and the ice was melted. Our meal order was taken by two waitstaff, halfway through our original waiter left and sent some one else. The sushi was great. The knives and forks were dirty, My husband didn't receive his food and after about 10mins of waiting I had to ask for his food and our salads cause I didn't even receive mine, comes out that they never put his order through and prepared it. The portion sizes are small, the hake was full of bones, the calamari was rubbery and to top it all of our bill was only correct after the 3rd time round!!!!
WE WERE SO LOOKING FORWARD BUT ARE NOW SOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Thank you for sharing your frustrating visit with us and please accept our apologies for this late response. Carnival Mall is a new store (opened 8 December 2011) so we are extremely disappointed to hear that your experience there was unsatisfactory.

Due to the fact that each John Dory's is individually owned, we are obligated to give the owner/operator the first option of addressing your concerns and providing you with feedback and an amicable outcome. Failing this, Head Office get involved. We will bring your complaint to the owner/operators attention for their internal action and we will also follow up with you to ensure that you have been contacted and all your points mentioned in your complaint addressed.

Utterly Disgusted: I placed this report almost 1 week ago and still no response from John dory's, this is terrible!!! Not only do you get bad service at the restaurant but the response from head office/ customer care is pathetic!!!
Funny thing is, I read all your complaints on hello peter and all the responses, all you do is look into the matter!
We have started telling our friends and family about your restaurant and the service you give. I just wish I looked on hello peter before I went to John Dory's!!!!
