EXPECTATIONS NOT MET!

We had a very bad experience at one of your restaurants. We ordered food of which on 2 occassions after sending the waiter back to the kitchen we recieved rotten lemons. We also had to wait 45min for our foods which was just not on. The other table we came with had already eaten the meals whilst we were still waiting for out meals. This is definatly not a restaurant i will eat at again!

Thank you for bringing your unhappy visit to our attention and thereby giving us the opportunity to investigate. Rotten lemons and a 45 minute wait is definitely not acceptable.

Utterly Disgusted: To date I have had no feedback with regards to my concerns. You clearly have no interest in keeping your customers!!!
