| My family and I decided to end our weekend by treating ourselves to some good sushi. We visited John Dory's in Menlyn and sat at the Sushi bar. After a few minutes of watching the man behind the bar making the sushi we were all so nauseated and disgusted that we got up and left. If raw fish is not handled properly you can get extremely sick! The man making the sushi was rubbing his nose, wiping his forehead and without washing hands touching raw salmon! He then put the piece of salmon into a plastic container lined with a one time use dish cloth that looked like the floor had been wiped with it! This place definitely needs a visit from the health department! If the sushi bar that is visible to everyone looks like this I don't even want to imagine what happens in the kitchen! Never ever will I eat there again and would not recommend them to anyone anymore either! (I used to enjoy their sushi very much and have taken quite a few friends and family there since the branch has opened.) | |||
