HEADLINE	Bad Service and Bad Treatment of Staff
I would just like to tell everyone that the service at John Dory's Mall @ Carnival is worse than pathetic and I blame management. They treat their staff like dirt and the way management is handling problems is shocking. They will scream and shout at the waiters in front of customers degrading the poor waiters. If you have a problem with your staff sort it out in private it give's John Dory's a very bad image when waiters is repramanded in front of customers. Managers is there to sort out any problem that might occur. That is why you became a manager. The food is pathetic and I think if a healt inspecter visit them they might get a huge shock. There is bad communication between managers, waiters and kitchen staff. Waiters do make mistakes but if the people in the kitchen don't know what they are doing, then there is a major problem. Please people treat our staff with respect, you can't treat them bad and expect them to give 101%... I'm sorry no one deserves to be treated badly no matter what they did wrong, what race or collour they are... Be human to your staff and your restaurant will be a success. A bad waiter today might be a good manager in future. Add a new John Dory's Fish Report Inappropriate report?
