| Went to eat at above store last night. Waited 1 hour 15 minutes to get sushi. ( after we complained to manager.) They then brought sushi we did not order. Took about 10 minutes for the correct sushi to arrive in stages. I had asked for my Captains platter to be brought the same time as the sushi. This did not happen. I had to call the manager again and ask him for my meal. My food arrived another 10 minutes later, without anything to eat it with. No cutlery or serviettes. Once again I had to call the manager, to get me eating utensils. My daughter has a John Dorys card. We were not prepared to wait for it to be scanned for points, we just put the money in the folder and left. This is the 2nd John Dorys we have been to and had bad service. We used to support the one on the Bluff, but stopped because of a similar incidents. Where to now? | |||

Substandard service and meals are definitely not what we are all about and this will be addressed with the owner/operator of this particular restaurant.
