On the 11/12/2011 myself my fiance and friend went to the mentioned restaurant for lunch. As we are not from there it was a treat to get to go to a nice and well sort after place.On arrival we were greeted with a big smile and very well mannered and shown to the place were we wanted to sit. We placed our drinks order and of he went. we had 2 milkshakes and a beer. He then returned a bit later to say that the milkshakes are being made that is understandable but what , do they have to brue my beer first?It came later..... Then for the food order. We had some Sushi and it was divine. Ordered a prawn and calamari combo and that's were it started.. We were asked if we wanted to have our calamari deep fried or grilled.(I said deep fried). About 10 min later it came and it was a rib and calamari combo. he was then told that it was suppose to be prawn and not rib. 10Min after that he came bake with... O Wait Prawn and rib.. He was sent back again and then on the 3'rd attempt it came right.. But... the calamari was grilled(NOT FRIED), there was still the rib basting on my prawn( not the garlic and butter that i went there for) the chips was still the same ones from the first plate( COLD |

It is certainly understandable that you and your friends became frustrated as slow service and incorrect orders is definitely not acceptable.
