| BEING A REGULAR CUSTOMER AT JET I THINK ITS TIME I BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF MANAGEMENT HOW POOR AND PATHETIC THE SERVICE IS.I WENT INTO THE STORE ON SAT THE 4TH AT 9.00 AM AND I STOOD IN THE QUE FOR 1 HOUR.FIRSTLY ONLY TWO TELLERS WERE OPERATING AND FURTHER THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT THE NIGHT BEFORE AIN FULL VIEW OF ALL CLIENTS.ALSO THEY WERE JUST NOT INTERESTED ABOUT THE CLIENTS THAT HAD OTHE APPOINTMENTS AS WELL.I ERSONALLY SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND ALL SHE SAID WAS THAT SHE HAS TELLERS WORKING AND SHE CANT DO ANYTHING ELSE.SHE JUST COULDNT CARE IF THE CUSTOMERS WERE STANDING FOR A LONG TIME.YOUR TELLERS WERE ALSO CHEWING GUM AND EATING.IS THIS THE SERVICE WE EXPECT FROM A STORE LIKE JET.WHAT A DISGRACE.I WILL NEVER GO INTO THAT SHOP AGAIN. | |||
